PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

  1. What are Digital Bucks?
    Digital Bucks are the Company’s way of recognizing when an associate is “caught in the act” for amazing service or actions that are above and beyond the expectations of their job. Store management can issue a Digital Buck on the spot to show their appreciation to you for going the extra mile. 
  1. What can I do with my Digital Bucks?
    Digital Bucks may be redeemed for Instant Redemption items at your home store or other designated stores at the Customer Service Counter. Main Office employees may redeem at any store location. Digital Bucks used for Instant Redemption must be from that company.

BravoBucks: Food Pantry, Kalama Beach
SmileyBucks: Pacific Sweets

A maximum of 40 Digital Bucks may be redeemed per day per employee. Digital Bucks are not transferrable. See store posters for Instant Redemption items and full list of redemption rules.

  1. What else can I redeem my Digital Bucks for?
    Bucks may be redeemed for Prizes using the Prize Redemption function under the Redeem menu. After submitting a Prize Redemption order, you will receive an order confirmation email with information on when and how you will receive your prizes.

REDEEMING Digital BUCKS:

  1. How long will it take to receive my prize redemption?
    Prize redemptions are processed at the end of each month and will be delivered to your home store within 3-4 weeks of the last day of the month. Prizes will not be distributed to those who are no longer working for our Company or who are not actively working at the time of distribution.
  2. Will I be taxed on my redemptions?
    Yes, by prize redemptions are considered wages and may be subject to federal and state income taxes and may affect other payroll related items.

    The Company will increase your gross wages in order to help cover a portion of the taxes. The gross wage increase may vary from employee to employee due to differing tax brackets.

USING THE WEBSITE: 

  1. My login information isn’t working. What should I do?

    Please check the following: 
  • Are you using the same email address you used when you registered with or the email address listed in the Settings page?
  • Did you spell the email address or type in your employee number correctly?
  • Did you type the password in correctly?

If you’re still having trouble logging in,please click the Forgot your password? on the bottom of the Login page to enter your email and Employee # to reset it. 

  1. What is my Employee Number?
    Check with your store director or manager to verify your Employee Number.
  1. I’m logging on to my account from a PC and the formatting is different.
    The SFOC Digital Bucks website is designed to be accessed on a smartphone or tablet. If you are trying to access your account on a PC, simply adjust the window to a vertical rectangle (such as how it would look on your smartphone) and the formatting will adjust. 
  1. What if I have other questions or concerns that are not listed here?
  • Always check with your store director, assistants or ISC if you have questions about the program or redemption.
